Projjex delivers senior project management consultancy on some of the most demanding projects in the UK water and infrastructure sectors. Operating independently since 2018, we are engaged by major contractors and clients - including United Utilities, Yorkshire Water, Severn Trent Water, Thames Water and Highways England - to lead delivery, recover distressed schemes and establish the controls that keep complex projects on track.
We work across the full delivery lifecycle on projects valued from £3m to £170m+, with particular strength in NEC, JCT and IChemE (IChemE) contract environments where rigorous programme, commercial and contractual management determines the outcome.

Projjex is fluent in both - understanding how the two interact, where risk transfers, and how to administer each correctly so that entitlement is protected and disputes are avoided. Water & Infrastructure Sector Experience
Our project management experience spans new treatment works, refurbishment and upgrade schemes, pumping stations and rising mains, reservoir stabilisation and dam works, tunnelling and deep excavation, and mechanical and electrical installations - including Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) delivery. Recent engagements include a £170m+ ceramic membrane plant for Severn Trent Water and a £65m sewage treatment works for the States of Jersey.
