CEMAR Administration

CEMAR is the system of record for NEC communications and compensation events on many major programmes. Used well, it enforces the contract's timescales and creates an unambiguous audit trail; used poorly, it becomes a source of deemed acceptances and missed notifications. Projjex administers CEMAR rigorously so the contract runs as intended and the record protects rather than exposes our clients.

Most disputes are won or lost on records made at the time. We build communication and record-keeping procedures - notifications, instructions, assumptions and early warnings - that create a contemporaneous evidence base. When entitlement is later challenged, that record is what makes the position defensible.
